The Western US is a diverse landscape of towering mountain ranges, blistering hot deserts, temperate rain forests and spectacular coastal vistas. From the Mount Whitney the highest peak in the lower 48 in California's Sierra Nevada and Alaska's Denali, the highest peak in North America Todd has photographed searching tirelessly for the next dramatic picture. And from California's rain soaked redwood coast to the arid deserts of Southern Utah Todd has crept into every crevasse looking for something more unique each time he visits a place. Although Idaho is his home photography turf and California is where he grew up the lure of Southern Utah's red rock country keeps him returning year after year as this dramatic landscape becomes so inviting to hike its canyons from Capitol Reef National Park and its more famous neighbor Zion to the west, Utah is a wondrous landscape to become one with the natural world.
